so close to nightlife terminal21 shopping centre just down from there Soi cowboy so central to everything in heart of Bangkok very comfy bed staff very helpful fantastic manager will be back for sure when ever I stay in Bangkok

Location was excellent. Right next to BTS and Terminal21 mall. Easy access to everything. Staff is courteous and very helpful. I had a minor trouble with my room entry card that night and it was fixed promptly and with a smile. Room was big and bed very comfortable. Very clean - which is my top priority with any hotel I stay in. Very happy with the service.

The location is very good. The staff are exceptional; very friendly, professional and courteous. Room was very clean and well furnished. However, a word of caution; the bedside electric outlets are beneath the bed and somewhat under the nightstands. They are not visible unless you get down and look for them. but they do work well.

It suited me well. The room provided everything that I need. And in spite of being very centrally located it was quiet. The only fly in the ointment was the wi-fi. The signal was very weak in my room and I lost connection many times and ruined my participation in a digital conference.

Good hotel . In the right places for terminal 21 shopping mall . Great night life of nana and the rest of Sukhumvit. Good food options nearby . WiFi was ok. Aircon good

the staff is very helpful helped me to call my previous hotel as i left my watch over there.. and the manager was very understanding when I dun have enough cash for deposit.. thank you so much everyone! lots of love

Great big room for the price it was great value for money. The staff were lovely and the location was perfect so close to terminal 21 and to asok bts.
